We're Hiring People Who Are Already Doing the Work.
Zinema runs a high-volume, high-standard production schedule. We're not looking for potential. We're looking for people who have already found their level and want to operate inside a studio that can match it.
Production & Sound
You own the technical standard of the output. You know what professional sounds like because you've produced it. You're the last set of ears before something goes live, and you take that seriously.
Broad dynamic range, clean separation, competitive loudness without sacrificing space. If you can hear the difference between a good mix and a great one in the first ten seconds, we should talk.
You build texture. You know how to layer, how to create tension, how to make a track feel like it belongs in a specific world. Cinematic instincts are required, not optional.
You work fast, you work at a high level, and you don't need someone to tell you when something isn't ready. Genre versatility across cinematic styles is a strong advantage.
Creative & Direction
You have an ear for what belongs in this catalogue and what doesn't. You can articulate why a track works or doesn't work in terms a producer can act on. You understand where cinematic music is going, not just where it's been.
You shape how Zinema looks, sounds, and communicates across every surface — the website, the social presence, the visual language of every campaign. You think in systems, not individual assets.
Content & Growth
You understand how music and visuals work together. You know pacing, you know atmosphere, and you can build short-form content that makes people want to hear the full track.
You know how music travels on the internet in 2025 — which formats, which platforms, which moments. You build organic growth with a clear strategy, not a posting schedule.
How to Apply
Don't send a standard CV as your opening move. Show us what you've actually made.
Producers: send your best recent work with notes on your role in it. Engineers: send mixes or masters with before/after comparisons if you have them. Creatives: send the portfolio, the deck, the reel — whatever best represents the quality of your thinking. Strategists: show us a campaign you built, the thinking behind it, and what actually happened.
Put your desired role in the subject line. We review every submission.
