Use of the Website

The Zinema Music website and catalogue are provided for legitimate music production and licensing use. You may browse The Vault, apply for the Creator Whitelist, and submit to the Zinema Zinger competition in accordance with these terms.

You may not scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from The Vault. You may not use automated tools to submit multiple whitelist applications or competition entries.

Creator Whitelist

Approval for the Creator Whitelist grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use tracks from The Vault catalogue in content published on your registered channels.

This clearance applies to channels registered at the time of approval. Additional channels can be registered by contacting us directly. Clearance does not transfer to third parties or channels owned by other individuals or entities.

Intellectual Property

All tracks in The Vault are original compositions owned by Zinema Music or licenced to Zinema Music by their respective rights holders. Approved creators receive a content licence — not ownership of any underlying music.

The Zinema Music name, logo, and waveform mark are trademarks of Zinema Music. They may not be used to represent your content, channel, or brand without explicit written permission.

Competition Submissions

By submitting a track to the Zinema Zinger, you confirm that the submission is original work and that you hold the rights to all samples, stems, and elements used in the production.

Zinema Music retains the right to feature the winning track in The Vault and promote it across distribution channels with full credit to the artist. All other submissions remain the property of their creators.

Limitation of Liability

The Zinema Music website and catalogue are provided in good faith. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site or catalogue. For questions about these terms, contact info@zinema.music.
