When you use the Zinema Music website, submit an application to the Creator Whitelist, or enter the Zinema Zinger competition, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, channel or portfolio links, and content you choose to share with us.

We do not collect data through third-party tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioral analytics tools. We use this information solely to review applications, process competition entries, and communicate with you about Zinema products and releases.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to review Creator Whitelist applications, manage competition submissions, and send you updates about Zinema releases and catalogue additions relevant to your work.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever. That is not the kind of studio we are building.

Creator Whitelist Data

When your channels are registered in our rights management system as part of the Creator Whitelist, we retain your channel identifiers to maintain your clearance status across the catalogue. This data is used exclusively to process licensing claims and maintain your access.

You can request removal from the Whitelist and deletion of your channel data at any time by emailing info@zinema.music.

Communications

If you apply to the Creator Whitelist or submit to the Zinema Zinger, we will contact you using the email address you provided. We may also send periodic updates about the catalogue and upcoming competitions. You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time.
